Executive Order 1098
Student Conduct Procedures for the California State University.

Administrative Hold and Withholding a Degree:
Per Executive Order 1098, the University may place an administrative hold on registration transactions and release of records and transcripts of a Student who has been sent written notice of a pending investigation or disciplinary case concerning the Student, and may withhold awarding a degree otherwise earned until the completion of the process set forth in Executive Order 1098, including the completion of all sanctions required.
