To Report a Positive COVID-19 Test
There are two methods for reporting your positive COVID-19 test to the university.
1. Log into HealtheConnect using your SDSU credentials and DUO authentication.
2. Go to the Forms tab.
3. Click on the Positive COVID-19 Screning Form and complete the form. Hit Submit when you have finished with the form. The COVID Clearance Team will follow up with you within one business day via HealtheConnect messages.
