15-minute Consultations (free)
Schedule a Zoom meeting or phone call with one of our industry relations leads to
discuss your recruitment needs.
Handshake (free)
Promote your employment opportunities, connect with qualified SDSU students and alumni,
and manage on-campus recruitment activities with SDSU's recruitment platform.
Industry and Community Partner Newsletter (free)
Receive our monthly e-newsletter written specifically for industry and community partners.
In these newsletters you will find tips, best practices regarding internships and
recruitment, upcoming events, campus news and more.
Monthly Orientation (free)
Attend one of our monthly orientations to meet our staff and learn about the various
ways in which we can support your organization's recruitment efforts. View and register

Referrals to Community Partners (free)
Empower your business with community connections! We provide referrals to esteemed
organizations such as the San Diego Workforce Partnership, the San Diego Regional
Chamber, and the Chula Vista Chamber of Commerce. These community partnerships may
help you grow your network and discover new opportunities that can support your business
goals.
Webinars/Learning Library/Toolkits (free)
The Learning Library for employers is a dynamic and extensive resource center tailored
specifically for employers, HR professionals, and organizational leaders. It offers
a wide range of educational materials and training programs to support employers in
effectively managing and developing their workforce.
Employer Spotlight ($350)
Highlight your organization and employment opportunities in our monthly student e-newsletter.
This service includes a spot in our student-facing e-newsletter and one Hot Job.
Hot Jobs ($50 each)
Increase the visibility of your Handshake job postings by promoting them in our monthly
student e-newsletter.
Information Session (in person) ($550)
Host an in-person information session or workshop for SDSU students and alumni. This
service includes a 45 to 120-minute Career Services room reservation (maximum capacity
is 80 people), audio/visual set-up, day-of staff support and targeted marketing for
your event.
Information Session (virtual and self directed) (free)
Host a virtual information session for SDSU students and alumni through Handshake.

Internship Design and Deployment (free)
Schedule an appointment with one of our Industry Relations Leads to discuss and build
your internship program.
Meetups
Meet our vibrant student community and get to know their career interests, passions,
goals and more. These off-campus events provide an opportunity for employers to network
and gather insight from the next generation of talent.
Mixers
Our business-to-student and business-to-business mixers create unique opportunities
for students and professionals to connect, collaborate, and innovate. Join us at these
on-campus mixers to build valuable relationships, gain insights, and shape the future
together.
On-Campus Tabling ($250 per hour)
Table on campus in front of Career Services to promote your organization and employment
opportunities, and to connect with interested students. This service includes a 6-foot
table, two chairs and targeted marketing. The recommended timeframe for tabling is
10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday while classes are in session.
WorkAbility IV (free)
SDSU's WorkAbility IV (WAIV) program believes in the power of diverse perspectives
and the value that disabled individuals bring to the workforce. We are committed to
promoting inclusive and equitable employers and opportunities where everyone can thrive.

Advisory Board
Shape the future of the workforce and join our advisory board to collaborate with
industry leaders, influence career services programming development, and create impactful
opportunities for students. Your insights can drive innovation and bridge the gap
between education and industry needs.
Career Fairs (price varies)
Access one of San Diego’s top talent pools: an educated, driven and highly diverse
workforce. Career fairs are a great way to meet students and alumni to talk about
various work opportunities. All career fairs are held in person and on campus.
Career Trek (Field Trip)
Invite students to tour your workplace to learn more about your organization, culture,
work environment and more.
DEI Recruiting Support (free)
We’re committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion in the workforce. Our
Industry Relations team can help you create inclusive hiring practices that attract
and retain top talent from all backgrounds. By partnering with us, you gain access
to tailored resources, workshops, and expert guidance that align with your recruitment
goals and promote a culture of belonging within your organization.
Industry Consultant (free)
Support the career advancement of students who are interested in your industry or
field. Volunteer your time to take appointments with students to discuss topics such
as interview strategies, job search, networking, etc.
Mentoring through Aztec Mentor Program (free)
Provide SDSU students, who are interested in your industry or field, with guidance
as they prepare to transition from college into a career.
On-campus Interviewing (free)
Hold in-person interviews with students and alumni in our on-campus interview rooms.
This service is available Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., with the exception
of campus closure dates and career fair dates.
Speed Interviewing
Speed interviews are brief interviews that are designed to help seasonal or part-time
employers fill entry-level positions and grow their talent pool. Our team will handle
all of the logistics and marketing, providing employers with a seamless event experience
from registration to follow-up, ultimately streamlining your recruitment process.
Staffing/Payroll Support (Pilot Program)
Our staffing and headhunting service, SDSU Works!, is designed to support employers of all sizes by matching SDSU students and alumni
with your employment opportunities. Through this, we aim to simplify and streamline
your recruitment process while establishing pathways to employment for our students
and alumni. Fill out our action form below to become a pilot or placement site!
