Smoking Cessation

Since January 2014, SDSU has been a smoke-free campus. The policy helps the entire university community to breathe easier.

  • A smoke-free campus encourages tobacco users to quit or decrease use – and supports those who have already quit using tobacco.
  • Smoke-free campus policies also protect the health and safety of nonsmokers by eliminating secondhand smoke on campus.
