One-on-One Education
In a one-on-one setting, you get a more tailored session and a personal conversation with a campus health educator. These educational sessions are confidential and in a private setting, and last approximately 30 minutes to 1 hour.How to schedule your appointment
One-on-one sessions are by appointment only. Click here to request your personal 30- to 60-minute appointment. Appointments are with a Health Educator and can take place in-person, over the phone, or Zoom.
One-on-one sessions generally focus on topics in the areas of health literacy, nutrition, sexual health, contraception, and gynecological health, and you can request a session on a topic or question of your choice.

- "I have questions about which contraceptive method is right for me."
