Shop Smart and save
Plan ahead. Make a shopping list and stick to it. Know what you have - take an inventory of your fridge and pantry each week. Collect coupons, and sign up for reward cards if available at your grocery store.
At the store, compare prices. Buy seasonal fresh produce and focus on frozen or canned options for produce that is not in season. Buy shelf-stable food in bulk to save even more.
