Proof of immunizations and the TB risk assessment must be completed by July 15 for fall incoming students or January 5 for spring incoming students.
Students who have not complied with immunization requirements at that time will have a registration hold for their second semester. To clear the registration hold, students must provide proof of immunity or receive the required immunization.
