Mission Statement:

The First-Generation ERG supports and empowers students, staff, and faculty who are the first in their families to attend college, along with their allies. We build community, share resources, and create space for connection, growth, and success.

Objectives & Goals:

• Organize regular meetups, workshops, and social events to foster connection.
• Partner with campus departments and external organizations to create new opportunities for skill-building, networking, and career development. 
• Build a supportive community for first-generation members and their allies.
