Ilene Rosenstein, Ph.D.
Special Advisor to the VP for Organizational Well-being + Care
Dr. Rosenstein plays a pivotal role in fostering engagement and shaping the culture within SA+CD, focusing on the holistic wellbeing of our community members. She will be working with us in a part-time capacity, offering her expertise both on-campus and remotely, ensuring accessibility and inclusivity in her consultations.
With over three decades of experience, Dr. Rosenstein has dedicated her career to the pursuit of creating positive change through research, intervention, and education. Her background in sociology, psychology, and counseling psychology, combined with her passion for organizational and community well-being, positions her as a valuable asset to our team.
Dr. Rosenstein has served at both the University of Southern California and the University of Pennsylvania in various roles. She held positions such as Director of Student Counseling Services and Associate Vice Provost for Campus Wellbeing and Education at USC and Director of the counseling center at Penn State.
Throughout her career, Dr. Rosenstein has demonstrated a commitment to fostering cultures of respect, care, and connection. From her work in prevention and outreach to her leadership roles in counseling and psychological services, she has championed initiatives aimed at promoting trust, compassion, and meaning within communities and institutions.
As a consultant, executive coach, trainer, and strategic advisor, Dr. Rosenstein has helped countless individuals and organizations thrive, fostering environments of innovation, creativity, and achievement. Her expertise in happiness, achievement, and healing will undoubtedly enrich our community and contribute to our collective success.
