- Perform custodial duties as needed. May include, sweeping interior and exterior areas, mopping, power washing, steam cleaning furniture, hand upright vacuum, floor scrubber. Occasional restroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and bar cleaning. Gather and empty trash receptacles. Window cleaning.
- Ability to use or learn to use a scissor lift and power tools
- Perform custodial services around the property/venue (hall, siderooms, kitchens, parking lot and office spaces.
- Tasks include sweeping interior and exterior areas, mopping, power washing, steam cleaning furniture, hand upright vacuuming carpets and floors, floor scrubber, restroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, and bar cleaning
- Perform maintenance on custodial equipment as well as proper mixing of cleaning chemicals according to SOP’s and appropriate safety standards.
- Assist facilities assistant in moving furniture and room/hall setups
- Assist facilities in minor repairs and maintenance
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Must have and be able to do all of the following:
- At least 21 years of age.
- High school education or equivalent.
- Deal with employees and guests in a professional manner while maintaining a composed demeanor in highly dynamic situations.
- Legal ability to work in the United States.
- Ability to pass a background check upon job offer.

You must have the physical, visual, and auditory ability to perform the essential

- Must be able to tolerate varying noise levels, temperature, and illumination and air quality.
- Requires hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity.

- Maneuver freely through all areas of the property. Ability to drive is preferred. Reliable transportation to and from work required.
