SDSU Women in Business Academia (WBA)

WBA is a volunteer led group of faculty and staff at SDSU interested in supporting the well-being and advancement of women in business academia. WBA addresses the unique issues that women in business academia face, issues that impact their careers, families, and communities. WBA is a place to find inspiration, build friendships, and find support to thrive at SDSU.

We see you. We hear you. We are with you.

The recent events have shaken us to the core and our hearts are heavy. We have been overwhelmed with news of tragic events impacting Black lives and we acknowledge that our Aztecs community is in pain. As Women in Business Academia (WBA) at San Diego State University we know that injustice, inequity, and disparity have no place in our world. Diversity and Inclusion are at the core of WBA, and supporting you and cultivating an environment of equity, equality, and justice is our duty. We embrace the efforts by SDSU and our leaders in articulating measurable actions for engagement and change.
