Graduate Mental Health and Social Well-being

Talk it Out

Through the Talk It Out program, you can speak with a counselor from Counseling & Psychological Services (C&PS) for 15 to 20 minutes about your concerns, get help with problem-solving, and ask any questions you may have about therapy or C&PS. A Talk It Out counselor can also guide you through the process of setting up an appointment with C&PS or discuss potential resources both on and off campus.

Mental Health with Mario

Mental Health with Mario is a workshop series where graduate students come together to discuss mental health and social well-being in a supportive environment. Through open conversations, students share experiences and connect with peers. After the discussion, unwind with a friendly game of Mario, enjoy lunch, and build community while destressing. Topics will vary by session.
