If you would like to make a difference in immigrant students’ lives, you can make a monetary donation to the Monarch Unity Resource Center.
Your contribution can support the well-being and academic success of the immigrant students on campus.
Employee Automatic Payroll Deduction
Are you an SDSU employee?
Did you know that you can provide your financial donation in the form of monthly donations?
You can actually provide an auto monthly deduction via your payroll using The Payroll Authorization form.
Instructions:
1) Click to download the form and fill it out the form (just leave your SSN blank)
2) In the Section: Gift Designation Information, select Other and type in "Monarch Unity Resource Center"
3) Download (with your changes) and print, do not forget to sign it!!
4) Email it to Cassandra Jackson, The Campanile Foundation's Gift Processor, via [email protected], and call her at extension x40735 to provide your SSN. Processing will take 6-8 weeks
for the deductions to begin.
